During the February student elections, Feb. 13 to 15, Brock students were asked to vote on changes to the financing terms of the New Student Centre project. 79.9% of students voted YES, and the referendum was passed.

BUSU will now move forward by engaging an architect for the project and getting approval from Brock to build on their property. The BUSU team hope to have final approval from the institution during the Board of Trustees meeting June 26 to 27, 2024.
