The Brock University Students’ Union (BUSU) and Niagara Community Legal Clinic (NCLC) continue to offer support to students through the Free Legal Clinic. The clinic was introduced to Brock Students three years ago and has become a vital service provided by BUSU.
“Legal issues can arise unexpectedly, and students can find themselves in new and challenging situations that require professional guidance and support,” said Carleigh Charlton, Vice-President, University Affairs (VPUA). "This partnership with the NCLC has helped many students over the last three years, and we certainly recognized the need to continue this service to students.”
Sessions are all virtual, offering convenient accessible support for all students. Brock students looking for advice on issues such as tenant and housing rights, employment law and human rights law are encouraged to book a free appointment through the BUSU website.
NCLC is a non-profit community legal clinic that provides legal services to Niagara and surrounding residents.
