Badgers, get ready for an unforgettable experience here on campus. Hosted by Brock University Students’ Union (BUSU), BadgerFest is set to return to Brock Sept. 1 to 6 with a line-up of events and giveaways you won’t want to miss.
BUSU’s highly anticipated Welcome Week festival, BadgerFest, will take place in numerous locations on campus and will feature a variety of events including Glow Party, Community Fair, Movie Night Under the Stars, Karaoke Night, Colour your Calm and Sexy Bingo.
“The most awaited time of the year is here—BadgerFest! Let's celebrate, meet new people, and create lifelong memories,” said Brock University Students’ Union (BUSU) President, Anusha Pahuja. “Together, we'll make this year unforgettable!"
BadgerFest will kick off with an Instagram-worthy Glow Party on Sept. 1 on Weather Station Field, where the first 500 students will receive a free BadgerFest t-shirt. There will be a number of other giveaways going on throughout the week, including a chance to win an iPad simply by scanning the QR code posters at all BadgerFest events.
BadgerFest events are free for Brock students, both new and returning. However, while most events will be drop in, some will have limited seating and will require tickets.
A full breakdown of BadgerFest events and tickets are now available on the Badgerfest website.
Along with fun events at BadgerFest and year-round, BUSU also provides Brock students with important supports and services, including a Universal Bus Pass (U-Pass) for travel within the Niagara Region. Students can collect their U-Pass during BadgerFest at tables set up outside between Goodman School of Business and the Student-Alumni Centre. A valid Brock card is required to collect a U-Pass. Find out more about U-Pass here.
