BUSU's Wellness Week offers students free events and a chance to destress before exams

Brock University Students’ Union will host Wellness Week, a chance for students to take a breather, and walk away from the stresses of university life. Wellness Week offers students activities and events, as well as access to resources to help maintain a healthy mental load in preparation for exam week.

“Post-secondary students deal with mental health concerns, and stress at a pivotal time in their academic career,” said BUSU Vice-President, Shinaya Peiris. “Providing students with engaging programming that relieves stress, and offers a chance to unwind, while having fun is what Wellness Week is about.”
