Student Centre Renderings

The design will blend seamlessly with the existing architecture at Brock while offering a new state-of-the-art space that takes advantage of its central location on campus.
The building design will welcome students in right from the Brock bus loop.
Approximately 5,000 sq ft of the current Student Alumni Centre will be redeveloped to create 40,000 sq ft of new space. Including a newly designed Isaac's restaurant, bar, and patio.
Inside will provide flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, events spaces, comfortable chill-out spaces, and more!
A new recreation space will provide students with much-needed areas to kick back and enjoy fun with friend
Elements of the current landscape will be included in this build, such as a large shared table made from trees that will be removed from the site. BUSU is committed to sustainability and will plant even more trees elsewhere on campus.

Level 200 will include a large multi-function events space that can be divided into three smaller spaces, welcome desk and atrium space with lots of seating and places for students to plug in their devices, recreation space, and Isaac's restaurant, bar, and patio.
Level 300 will include lots of study space and areas to relax, it will also have small and large meeting spaces for students, and two patios to enjoy some fresh air, a renovated cafe area, and more. BUSU's current offices will also be renovated in the second stage of this project to become new student clubs space.
Level 400 will include BUSU offices, BrockTV studio, more seating, and shared meeting spaces for students.
