Hello! My name is Jay, and I’m a second-year Computer Science student.

I’m currently the Vice President of the Computer Science Club, where I’ve helped lead strategic initiatives to increase student engagement and improve event coordination. Additionally, as a senior leader with the Smart Start Team and Surgite Support Squad, I’ve guided hundreds of new students through their transition into university life, helping them navigate key resources and experiences.

These roles, alongside my involvement in organizing events such as Open House, Convocation, and International Orientation, have given me a deep understanding of both student needs and the broader strategic direction of BUSU. I am eager to bring my skills in leadership, communication, and student advocacy to the President’s Advisory Committee, ensuring that student perspectives are at the forefront of BUSU’s initiatives.
