All club Presidents are required to attend the Fall and Winter Presidents meeting in September and January. We review topics like club funding, elections, updates on the BUSU website, SERMA and so much more! See below to ensure you save the date.

Treasurer Training
All club Treasurers are required to view the Treasurer training video and materials in September. We review topics like club revenue tracking, budgeting and so much more! See below to ensure you save the date.

Election Coordinator Training
There is mandatory virtual training for all election coordinators in January to prepare for the upcoming elections. See below to ensure you save the date.
- Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 1:30pm - 3:00pm.
Wondering who your election coordinator will be? Your club will pick a club member to be the elections coordinator. The person who is selected can not also be running in the election themselves. Typically, many clubs pick a club member who is graduating however, it is up to you and your club whom you decide to pick. The election coordinator is meant to answer any basic questions that club members may have and are encouraged to email the clubs team if they are unsure of anything.
Club Summit Training
Next Clubs Summit Training will take place February 25th, 2025 - February 28th, 2025.
Tuesday, February 25 in STH 203: SERMA/Risk Management
There will be one session from 3:30pm – 4:20pm and another session from 4:30pm – 5:20pm.
Please note, one club executive from every club is required to attend in order to be considered for ratification.
ExperienceBU is your hub for all events and activities on and off campus. All clubs receive an ExperienceBU page to manage their club events, activities, and membership lists. One of the most important functions of ExperienceBU for club is the Student Event Risk Management and Approval (SERMA). SERMA is a process that has been established to create awareness of planning/safety issues and to protect both attendees and the organizers of events. As this session, you club will learn the ins and outs of ExperienceBU and SERMA. Session hosted by Carolyn Hough, Student Engagement Coordinator
Wednesday, February 26 in Union Station: Clubs Training from 5:00pm – 7:00pm
